Shipping & returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We ship packages via USPS and UPS. This normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10 days. If your package is delayed more than 10 days, contact us at email@example.com.
Please allow order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Merchandise purchased in store may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for store credit/exchange up to 7 days after purchase. Receipt required. All jewelry, sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE.
All non-clothing items purchased via website, social media, or phone may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for store credit/exchange up to 7 days after receipt of shipment. Clothing purchased via website, social media, or phone may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for a full refund up to 7 days after receipt of shipment. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt and tracking information provided to be eligible for a refund.
We are happy to exchange items ordered for different sizes, colors or for STORE CREDIT.
Your exchange will be processed in 1-3 business days after item has been returned. We will send the new item to you at no cost.
If any item should be received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be prepared to provide us with the order number. We may also ask for a photo of the damaged/defective merchandise.
