Shipping & returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. We ship packages using USPS and UPS. This normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10. If your package goes missing, contact us at email@example.com.
Please allow order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
All non-clothing items purchased in store may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for store credit/exchange up to 7 days after purchase. Clothing purchased in store may be returned for full refund within 24 hours after purchase. Receipt required.
All non-clothing items purchased via website, social media, or phone may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for store credit/exchange up to 7 days after receipt of shipment. Clothing purchased via website, social media, or phone may be returned with tags, in new and unused condition, for a full refund up to 7 days after receipt of shipment. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase and tracking information provided to be eligible for a refund.
We are happy to exchange items ordered for different sizes, colors of for an even STORE CREDIT.
Your exchange will be processed in 1-3 business days after receipt of the originally ordered item. We will send you the new item you are exchanging at no cost.
If any item should be received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be prepared to provide us with the order number. We may also ask for a photo of the damaged/defective merchandise, if necessary.
